There is still a few hurdles here, mainly the excise on Ethanol and the cost to the oil refineries. It could add up to 3 cents per litre to petrol. According to Environment minister more information regarding this will be included in the budget.
Still looks very promising for holders of ICO and any movement above above 0.003 may be an indication of some government leaks.
