They deserve to be pissed off. Don't think China gives a hoot if unethical cobalt is imported as it only is about money, nothing else matters--human rights and environmental impacts never are considerations in China's international trade. Perhaps your opinion of the Australian government relative to cobalt not relevant--China/Chinese seem deterred to stick their unwelcome nose into Australian government/national politics.
