I will disagree partially. I admit China used to be like that and do not care about human rights stuff. But as China is becoming more influential internationally, national image is being seriously considered by the country leaders. So it will not take long that China government will demand the companies only accepting cobalt ore from an ethical source. Huayou Cobalt, which is one of the major cobalt producer in China, has been a pioneer to work on their cobalt ore source. Anyway, IMO I strongly believe Australia has a bright future because of its easy-accessible and huge cobalt deposit with almost zero sovereign risk.
