If I remember correctly there is no water in the formula so you really have to rub it in, and it mostly disappears after a few minutes. On the plus side this makes it very water resistant, the most they can claim is 4 hours but I hear its more like 6! The point is that it is as close to a natural sunscreen as you can get, its moisturizing and it actually works very well. Good for the beach.
Zinxation uses water, goes clear much quicker, and only claims 2 hours water resistance. The Banana Boat line that uses Zinclear feels pretty similar to zinxation. Both go on really well. Zinxation is good enough to replace mainstream chemical lotions without anybody really noticing the difference, imo. People wont be too happy if they cant buy their sunscreen spray anymore, which is about half of the US market I think. Will we ever get a spray on Zinclear product? Its not nano after all...
