I think you will find this has been a recurring issue across a large number of listed companies, so if you want to get on your high horse you will be writing posts all day on other companies. To ADH credit they have highlighted the $5m excess (many didn't), and kept payments up to staff post September 30, using some of these funds. As for rorting, they are simply applying for the scheme as implemented by the government. I think the government would have fine tuned if they foresaw such over payments but lets face it the plan was rushed and has served its purpose. There is no "rort" here.....Have a look at PMV
