I feel for the staff. You just don't walk away as a fund manager. You had staff with you for the journey and they helped create you. Key man risk is so significant, and in an ethical fund, that I doubt investors will keep their money there that much longer- year, maybe 2.
Performance stank so they were maybe there for relationship with Peter Hall.
Now this. Staff will be looking elsewhere
He said he'll be there 6 months but I haven't seen a leaving as quickly as this. Very sad, shareholders and staff
