I put it to them then, what is more ethical.
A. Do what you must, slip recruitment patients $10k each, to accelerate this trial. And achieve a fast track to an early detection tech.

B. Or go slow, boy scout style.

I make the argument it is more ethical to incentivise patient recruitment with cash, as it will save lives for every day it is commercialized..
How many will die, in the boy scout interim, because of a failure to initiate an incentive scheme to fast track this to commercial ?

Every year this is delayed, is how many lives lost from lack of early diagnosis.
Its that simple.
