The ethanol blend will only be 10%, which is according to all experts not a significant amount to adversely affect your shining Merc..... In fact in Brazil most vehicles are, for years imbimbing ethanol as their "staple food", and are the happiest cars in the world ("High" , on a permanent basis).....
