it could well be - but will be interesting to view what environmental EU case-law arguments the judgement will re-hash over in the context of arbitration/communities.
I'd actually thought that case was done and dusted (with **riel Resource likely victor; off the back of Indania Resources winning against Tanzania earlier in Dec last year) they also had wallstreet funds backing up the legal costs, but they were regularly commuting their fees to stock (which is different to GGG/ETM arrangement with Clifford Chance & (Burford funding)).
The EU works in mysterious ways it seems. almost as unpredictable as the Biden administration.
