gb, I believe that ETM is waiting to win the arbitration silly case before they redirect funds in other directions. Act 20 has killed any viability of Greenland being able to pay their own way to independence though mining. Act 20 is costing Greenland a fortune that the good citizens could benefit from for the last 4 years. No one wants to turn a shovel and pour money into a hole that the government then takes away from you at will. Your financing is a good example but there are also a lot of institutions that do not want to invest in the shipping of crushed rock. Mining is dead until something is done about Act 20.
