Demark and Greenland have put no defense forward, according to etm, and that is for the simple fact they haven't got
one.

No doubt this meeting is pivotal but isn't it just to determine jurisdictional issues i.e. whether "the arbitral tribunal has jurisdiction (legal competence) to decide on GMAS's right to an exploitation licence and the related issues such as damages"?
