Yes, I can’t see how this deal won’t lead to re-rate of RZI’s current market valuation. I also believe Raiz has favourable business metrics compared to Spaceship. It has a larger user base, is a better known brand and has a stronger balance sheet. Given that Spaceship has been bought for $80m while this business has been in a relatively distressed state, who knows what a takeover valuation would be for RZI, particularly given it now has some key institutional holders on it’s register who would not give up their positions cheaply.
