The interface is a joke and has been the last few years .. I have slowly been moving to Bell, just using Etrade for market depth.
How pathetic (as some have said): - Only two decimal places .. they're IT department must have no f..ing clue!!!!! - Only Bid OR Offer showing - Only High OR Low showing
I have asked on several occasions to show the Volume traded as a number when viewing a basic chart (they USE to have that) and to show the expiry date of options when viewing a quote (they USE to have that also) .. website was better about 10 years ago .. seriously, every so called improvement is aweful .. and WOW, you changed the 'changes' to a share look green and red for up or down .. geez, and no one else has been doing that for ahhhh 10 years!!!! Go Etrade.
