I am in Sydney so have not experienced problems to the degree that many have. AS to the staff with whom one deals I have found them(with couple of exceptions) mostly helpful and knowledgable.In particular when I was administering my late husband's estate the man who facilitated the transferring shares was very considerate and helpful. I am however in trepidation as to how this compulsory change of linked accounts to ANZ will play out. I mostly deal with the smaller banks as I find the larger banks simply too dumb and obstructionist as well as them having poor interest rates on deposits.
