There are absolutely no positive comments to be made about the reply that you received from E-Trade.

Disgusting is not the word, and stingy to the utmost limit. It is like saying that it wasn't their fault and that they do not accept any responsibility, but we are going to give you a free trade just to pacify you, and keep you happy.

The way E-Trade are going, they will have no one that will use their services any longer soon, lol.

Go figure that person's mentality. He probably now think that he is worth a big bonus for that stupid remark.
