etrade compensation for meltdown, page-30

Also tried ringing today but gave up after wait, and someone replied earlier on this thread to me about the comment of losing thousands, basically saying to the effect that funny how if we could of traded we could of made thousands. But it was more of the case I couldn't sell today when I wanted to that cost me thousands. When you have over a K in one stock you want to sell when you want and today I couldn't!
Just signed up for commsec, might be obvious but I didn't see it, it does have a live trading platform doesn't it? If anybody is still awake!
