Really, can you negotiate it lower than $19.95? So far in this fiancial year I have made 421 trades with the summation of their value exceeding 2.3 million dollars, how much of a discount do you think I would get?

For me to switch to etrade their brokerage will have to be lower than 19.95, because they do not have a master debit card, or a high interest account which at the moment is paying 4% interest on ALL balances, unlike the tiered system that eTrade has.
