What's not acceptable is publishing private or confidential information on a public website. Please don't publish the names of support staff or private or restricted contact details. Think about what you would like if you were on the other end. As per the normal HotCopper Terms of Use, flaming, defamatory, or profane posts are not allowed.
Yes, Etrade have complained to us and we think what we've stated above is reasonable. And to restate - we don't have a relationship with Etrade beyond having run advertising for them in the past.
