The jasjam has a full html view of web sites, so in theory it could, but my broker uses webiress. Jasjam uses the Next G network, I think that older 3G mobiles like the Blackberry do not get the full html view, but get a scaled down version suitable for 3G mobiles. Maybe go into a Telstra shop and demo one.
