Boys, the entire system has carked it. The company are in Disaster Recovery Mode and on their way to their back up site at St. Leonards.
In addition to their retail platform, ETR also offer 'white labelling" broker services to Financial Intermediaries and those businesses are getting the same cr ap service that you are getting. Imagine running a business and not being able to execute your trades!
I'm telling you...those guys running ETR have lost the plot and its the management that is to blame. Like I said a few days ago, you guys should take your complaints to the ASX
