there had better be an apology on their website when we are actually able to log in.
It's inexcuseable that there isn't even a message on their contact number - at the VERY LEAST they could organise that to let us know that they're working on it (all of their phone numbers are just engaged tone)
This is very unprofessional from a company of any size let alone a major broker - heads should roll in their IT management department - their web site upgrade has been a complete ballsup.
