My etrade account is working called etrade first they said tech issue cannot be resolved may take months offered free phone trade i informed them i am happy to take phone trade offer if they credit 100 dollars for each order for international call.....they said nope i told them my next call will be from my lawyer than i recived a call they fixed it they asked few question in regards to my account and IP address and internet connection from overseas and after 24 hours is working however i will have to test it for few may days
presently i am in india they told me that once i go to a new location oversea i have to call again and they will fix it also told to use internet Expoler
did some trade and it worked hope this help other etrade users
