Definitely the most USELESS website in the world.
I didn't pick them I was transferred across from HSBC/St George many years ago.
They have MASSIVE problems and DO NOTHING to fix them.
They told me on the phone over one year ago that they were going to do a new website and they still have the same old junk website.
Total incompetence and greed - too greedy to invest a bit of money.
They deserve ZERO CUSTOMERS.
