anyone having problems with placing orders on Etrade, place a buy or sell & it just sits there saying authorising but nothing happens? & the same with removing order press delete & instead of removing instently it will just sit there saying Authorising & take up to 20min to go through.
From being at HSBC were I never had a problem to coming to Etrade its been a trading nightmare so far lol, even trying to get through on the phone takes up to 20min at times, Etrade better look at fixing these major problems fast before they lose a heap of customers
