Hopeless alright. I had enough... I gave them a long rope... It's time to dump them.... Every week there's maintenance on their site... and they still can't iron out the problem... We lose money thru wrong information and no compensation...
How does ANZ put up with this saga?
when NAB had problems with their new site... we kicked up a stink and it was fixed.... most of my trading is with them now... But Etrade is not heeding to punters calls... So adioussssssss ... and Bye.... what an incompetent lot...
