i dunno coz I've found westpac unresponsive at time too... mofos.
I have etrade too, but do the majority of my trading on westpac. I opened commonwealth and national trading accounts now, but havent traded with em yet, let alone on a busy day.
commonwealth has had many complaints too I think. check the threads for these banks.
anyway, back to PEN... less action than yesterday huh?
