Point (b)."have the common courtesy to advise it's customers", should be highlighted. Isn't that the prelude for any business where customer service is warranted.
"just accept it" - no way!
No one likes hearing complaints but if they gave our complaint just a little attention, then maybe we could accept it for a short time.
I've also noticed nothing in the Australian news re: Etrade being down or hacked. Will forward some info to journo's tonight.
