I had difficulty earlier in the week. They asked me if I was using an overseas server and at the time I was.
They stated that they were having difficulty with people overseas logging on at the moment.
I will note that on Wednesday it was working for me again.
I'd be giving them a call suggesting that you're going to another broker.... or at least try and get a time frame.
