We are currently overseas and STILL don't have access to Etrade.....this is past a joke!
I was told that it is still down for international acess and no time frame to have it back up could be offered.
When I enquired why an email was not sent out advising of the situation I was told that it was. Apparently as we have an Australian residential address but an overseasd IP-address we didn't receive one and that access is back up from within Australia..... and so!
I was told that if you had of rung up Etrade they would have offered the solution which was some simple adjustments to your browser/cookie settings. Why the hell couldn't they have emailed everyone and advised of this.
Can't beleive we have all of our funds tied up with such an unprofessional organisation who really don't seem to care.
I will be changing as soon as able......any suggested trading platforms would be appreciated
