We are still off line....4th day and haven't been able to log on once as yet.
I spoke with them again yesterday and again no clarification of the problem or time frame to rectify it could be given.
But how's this,I checked my emails last night as they were to send me a form that we need,I didn't received it but did receive a " seasons greetings" email from the MD of Etrade.....Now that is a joke! replied back but don't expect a response of course
