Think things are bad now?
Just wait till ANZ buy them and start their infamous "cost cutting" exercises.
ANZ have no knowledge of how to tun an on-line broking service and will slash costs, cut customer service in all the wrong areas.
I am with ETrade at moment but the thought of ANZ buying them is enough to make me start doing a bit of research on an alternative provider.
