I don't use eTrade, but it does intrigues me to read every so often complaints from posters about it over the past 6 months or so that I have noticed. I think some of the complaints are from the same posters.
If etrade is so "bad", why don't you leave it and take your business to somewhere else ? unless of course there are some other benefits that compensate for the "problems" some are complaining about ?
