No problem with a minus balance, however, this is their response to another issue I had this morning.

"Over the weekend a number of upgrades were completed. You may find that this results in the page display not showing correctly i.e. some information is cut off. However, performing an uncached refresh of the webpage should correct this problem. To perform an uncached refresh, just press Control and F5 together".

Hopefully, this may help with your problem, otherwise I would get on the phone to them quick smart. The advice given hasn't helped my problem by the way! I still cannot get pages to display fully.
