The thing could be, that peoples place often "buy" orders, but will not get executed or keep changing mind and placing buy orders, cancell the order and place another new order and keep going like this, which brings disturbance in the account balance.
The best thing is always after Every Canceled "Buy" order to refresh the account balance and everything should be fine.
