did their stupid survey that pops up a few days ago re your happiness re their service...

i basically said that when they stuff up i expect to get some type of compensation re PRO discount or trade discount and i left my name and ph no for them to contact me if they wanted more clarification..

i hate when you call up the help line the attitude you get when it's their problem....it's as if you are an inconvenience...

won't hold my breath for them to ring me back to get more feed back...
