This has happened way too many times now - even one occurrence should have been enough but it's not the easiest thing to do I guess - changing brokers (have to do watchlists again, back up all tax records etc).
In saying that, as soon I've got my documents backed up/downloaded I'll be leaving these chimps and encouraging everyone else to do so.
It's 2016 - how hard is it to have a functioning website?
