Ever since HKSBC sold out to etrade I have been having nothing...

Ever since HKSBC sold out to etrade I have been having nothing but problems with these people.

Let's see:

1. System down numerous times
2. Lost orders
3. Cancelled orders
4. Order traded during ASX halt
5. Unauthorized buy in as a result of execution of order during trading halt...later again reversed.
6. Account balances out of date.
7. Funds not in bank account until T+4

Customer service basically doesn't exist. No calls back. Endless waits if one calls and acutally gets ahold of reps....

Why don't I switch? I should but then that means going through another series of set ups, banks, and possibly more problems...............

And if I do switch there is no guarantee that the firm I switch to will still be in business in a year and then I'd have to go through all that same BS again!!!
