Good question, but I'm not even sure that the cronies proposing all this stuff know. It will probably be similar to GST tax issue though; alot of hoohar that eventually just becomes part of our society, but doesn't ruin businesses in droves like the fearmongers would have you believe. People still have to drink, and most prefer alcohol.
