I have done further research about the shipping cost in the case of Etsy.
At this stage, my understanding is that :
- the third party seller pays the shipping cost (and is not reimbursed later on by Etsy),
- it is also confirmed when I looked at the details of Etsy P&L, as I could not find any shipping cost among "cost of revenues" and "operating expenses"
Anyway, I also asked Etsy if I got this right. I am still waiting for their answer.
