I check the Domstol website multiple times each day for an announcement. Just in case they do publish immediately.

With the CRMA coming into force soon, and EU laws having precedence over member countries national laws, I can't see the permits failing now.
The final go ahead will either come from Sweden's Supreme Court of Appeal or the European Commission.
So it's just a matter of time it seems. That is very comforting.
