Certainly juicy legal targets if parts are held by Euroclear. Point is D..k H..d Euroclear has assets around the world in places like Dubai, Singapore, and these countries are not subject to Western news media or Euro values, and Russia can pursue legal counter claims against Euroclear in response to the illegal asset seizures, thefts.
