Who cares the motives are many and varied. Certainty is impossible, Russia, America, Ukraine, Germany & other nations all potentially a culprit.
We dont know the truth nor may we ever.
Solutions are whats needed and investment in companies offering them. So I wait TLG & the swedish governments approval process which i find to be a better use of my time.
