Ukraine is unlikely to attack /target population centers in Russia as this may partially reverse a build up of Russian anti war sentiment.
Many Countries are bankrolling Ukraine's war costs. Russia has to foot its own costs.
If this goes on long enough Russia will eventually implode and the US and EU will only have China to focus on.
When this War finishes Ukraine will need to rebuild materially. Russia will need to rebuild morally and culturally.
This War has made the EU realise it must seek energy independence.
