Except for the hostages on board the Ukrainian ship, MV Faina, they should let the Russians handle the situation, who are currently on their way to the Somalian coast.
That is the real problem, to avoid any more hardship for the crews of these hijacked ships.
I think that the authorities have to start cleaning up the waters of these pirates; - they have to start being proactive and be rid of them before they have a chance to start plying their trade.
But no matter what, there has to be some clever way of ridding our world of these parasites.
