EU to restrict/tax use of plastic bags

Will be signed into law during the week

Up to individual states to ban/tax single use plastic carrier bags (ultra thin bags for veggies etc exempt)

Any use to Cardia ? No idea anymore - have to wait for comprehensive update to see what their actual new "market" is going to be................. get the impression they want to go for a higher value segment (personal hygiene etc)
