You said that CFCs and HFCs have less GWP because they react with sunlight and O3 and naturally dissipate, that isn't necessarily a good thing, we need the ozone layer to protect life on earth from the suns UV radiation. Remember the Montreal Protocol in 1996 which regulated the use of CFCs, it resulted in a growing ozone hole over the Antarctic filling in which was a major win for our climate.

In relation to Agricultural emissions, if someone wants to only eat veges, beans and nuts that's fine but if they think that eating artificial meat and dairy is better for the environment than real meat, diary and eggs then they are deluded. The extra processing and chemicals required to convert soybeans into fake steak far outweighs any advantage the raw materials may have had in terms of their environmental impact. Then there is the detrimental effect that those industrial chemicals in plastic meat have on our own gut biome but that is another subject for another day.

One of the major contributors to Agricultural emissions is methane from bovine belches. Recent work in Australia has shown that including Asparagopsis (Red Seaweed) in a bovine diet causes a major reduction in their methane emissions. At present that is really only applicable to feedlots because they regulate the feed input but putting an additive into stock water for grass fed cattle is possible in the future.
