As soon as the details relating to the recent hotel quarantine outbreak in Perth was announced I couldn't believe that there was a test on day 12 of a 14 day quarantine stay then no further follow up tests before the guy was released from quarantine WTF they know Covid has been spread through the ventilation system before and this guys been sat in his room for two days then released with a 2 day old test.
The hotel quarantine system has mostly worked but this is a ridiculous thing to have missed. Like the news story mentions rapid testing needs to be implemented ASAP
