My understanding of the Ellume agreement was that ADO worked with Ellume to determine what was needed to make the test work and may have required a modified version of Anteo's technology to make the test work. If that is in fact the case then ADO is entitled to more payment than a simple supply agreement, particularly if the original agreement, was structured to help Ellume get their product on the Market. Either way I believe that ADO is entitled to a lot more than they received in the original agreement. If Ellume are unwilling to pay more than ADO can claim, once they get TGA approval, that they need all of their production for their own test.
