As I posted in my message of 4/10/21 ADO's involvement with Ellume was not a simple supply agreement and this is confirmed ADO's announcement of 28/10/2016 where it is stated that "Anteo worked with Ellume in the early stages of quantum dot enablement to deliver a customised formulation of Anteo's unique metal-ion base nanometer chemistry."

Surely this confirms that Anteo is entitled to a fair share of the profits arising from the sale of Ellume's products that incorporate the customised formulation of Anteo's chemistry. Anteo could easily claim that they do not produce this customised formulation as a standard stock item for general sale and a different price would have to be negotiated before this product could once again be put into production for supply to Ellume.
As this is a unique chemistry developed for Ellume's use there is no other known market that requires this product to be produced.
