i always thought as a holder this was a big opportunity for eugeni. but if its happening now where was that info in the update? are shareholders past and present led to believe this has all just happened since then? obviously they are confident that they can get a foothold here. assuming having apprinlval in a country of ship registration will allow international waters use or is it just another distribution deal like last years?
